Alle ins en outs omtrent verzuim komt aan bod. Ook veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Je leert de basis van een positief verloop van een verzuim en de preventieve maatregelen die je kan nemen.

Er is een fijne balans tussen theorie en casuïstiek waardoor er veel praktijkvoorbeelden besproken worden en je meteen al handvatten meeneemt. Veel interactie onderling, groepsgrootte heel fijn en Astrid gaf op een fijne manier de training.

Leerzaam, positief, eye openers, casuïstiek helpend. Interactief. Aanrader voor zowel beginnende als gevorderde HR medewerkers.

The trainer had very good contact with us, everyone was different and she managed all diferent situations. Was very fullfiling and I could learn a lot with the documents and exercices.

Voor mijn toekomstige functie volgde ik deze training. Het stukje verzuim in mijn toekomstige functie is iets waar ik NIET naar uit keek. Maar nu na de verzuimtraining, gegeven door Astrid, kijk ik er niet meer tegen op.

It was a very interesting training that made me feel more comfortable & secure using management skills to my employees and to my colleagues. Unlock my mind, to resolve strange daily situations that happens at work. Excellent presentation by the teacher and very good cooperation with the rest of the team at the classroom!

Je leert veel over jezelf.

Training was really interesting. I was afraid to spend this hours listening inky theory but was totally other way around. We had some activities, lot of discussions and even more interesting tips from Jay. I learn a lot of my self and also now my learning points. I met amazing people from a lot of die backgrounds. This was a great time and I'm looking forward for a next cursus like this. Thank You!

Receiving a lot of good tools for practical management with good examples.

The trainer was great. He built good atmosphere in the group. I felt supported, heard and encouraged to express my thoughts and opinions. Everything that we were learning is applicable on everyday situations. It vas interactive and because of that I didn’t felt bored at any moment. I learned a lot!
