This training is exclusively for participants of our Practical Management on the workfloor course who are looking to deepen their skills further. You’ve already built a strong foundation with the first training, but you’re ambitious and eager to keep developing! You want to build a strong team and enhance your own leadership skills.

What is practical leadership?
By this we mean leading teams that are primarily focused on execution, where the leader often works alongside the team. Think of working foremen, team supervisors and shift leaders.
Is this training also valuable for experienced leaders?
Yes, absolutely. Even if you have been leading a team for some time, it can be very worthwhile to reflect on your own behaviour and approach. Especially in hands-on environments, patterns can creep in that quietly limit your effectiveness. Which sectors is this workfloor leadership training suited for?
This training is developed for leaders in hands-on environments such as production, logistics, technical services and facilities. During the course you work with recognisable situations from your own work practice, so the content always connects to your specific sector.
We believe learning doesn’t only happen in a classroom. That’s why, right after registering, you’ll start working with course materials and preparation assignments through our online learning platform. The training itself is highly interactive. Self-assessments, exercises, discussions, and experience-sharing make the learning process personal and highly practical. To ensure your new insights and skills are well-integrated, you can stay in contact with the trainer and other participants for up to twelve months after the training begins.
The training is led by a hands-on management trainer with extensive experience in the business world. Our trainings are always tailored to the participants’ specific practical situations. Therefore, the Practical Management on the workfloor, in depth-training is conducted by a trainer who brings real-world business expertise. Naturally, they are fluent in English.
