After completing the two-day training course Practical Management on the work floor your foundational leadership skills are solid. Are you ready for more and do you want to take the next step in your development? In this two-day advanced training, you’ll first gain deeper self-awareness. You’ll use that self-insight to build skills that increase your influence on your team and your organization. With groups of no more than twelve participants, there’s plenty of room for individual attention. Ready to dive deeper?
This training is exclusively for participants of our Practical Management on the workfloor course who are looking to deepen their skills further. You’ve already built a strong foundation with the first training, but you’re ambitious and eager to keep developing! You want to build a strong team and enhance your own leadership skills.

We also offer this training as an in-company option. The trainer will come to your company location or another location of your choice to deliver the training exclusively to employees from your organization.

That’s why, right after registering, you’ll start working with course materials and preparation assignments through our online learning platform. The training itself is highly interactive. To ensure your new insights and skills are well-integrated, you can stay in contact with the trainer and other participants for up to twelve months after the training begins.
